Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in size, color, and texture may occur. While we make every effort to accurately fulfill orders according to the specified size requested by our customers, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every individual body type.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges solely based on sizing issues if the final product size matches the size specified by the customer at the time of purchase. It is essential for customers to carefully review our sizing charts and product descriptions before placing an order to ensure the best fit possible.
However, we are committed to addressing any sizing errors that may occur on our part or if the product is defective. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
